I’m a foodie who’s passionate about helping women & families feel their best from the inside out.

I'm a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with all ages to restore balance and support healing through nutrition therapy. My own journey with hormone and fertility challenges deepened my calling to help women uncover the root cause of their symptoms and reclaim their energy, cycles, and confidence. Along the way, I’ve also loved supporting parents in nourishing their little ones — helping children grow, thrive, and build healthy habits from the start. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes or mealtime struggles, I’m here to help you find balance, healing, and joy in the way you nourish your body.
