love and a canvas for creativity. Growing up in South Louisiana, food is the centerpiece at every
event & is the gift you give others for any and all occasions. As I’ve gotten older, I found a
passion in learning how to make traditional family recipes into a balanced meal. But like many
of us, I’ve also had my fair share of battles with health, particularly with hormonal imbalances
Those silent disruptors that have thrown my body into a symphony of chaos (endometriosis,
PCOS, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, infertility, etc.)
My personal journey to manage these imbalances led me down a path of discovery that merged
my love for all things delicious with my fascination for the intricacies of our body’s inner
workings. With a background in nutrition therapy and a knack for unraveling the mysteries of
nutrient utilization, I’ve spent close to a decade delving into the science of nutrition. It’s been a
journey of empowerment, of turning knowledge into a healing force.
